Fast, Trusted, and Reliable Notary Services

We bring professional notary expertise directly to your location in San Antonio and surrounding counties, ensuring every signature is handled with precision. In Texas, many documents must be notarized before they can be accepted by courts, government agencies, schools and private institutions.

01

Acknowledgments

Confirms the signer appeared before the notary, was properly identified and voluntarily signed the document. Acknowledgments prevent fraud, confirm consent and ensure recordability.

02

Jurat/Sworn Statements

The signer swears the contents are true in the notary's presence.

03

Bills of Sale

Establishes transfer of ownership for personal property.

04

Statements of Fact

Often used for insurance, employment or legal matters. A Notary Public specifically notarizes the signer's signature on the statement, not the facts.
